EFT / Tapping is a stress reduction exercise  that releases emotional blockages and assists the client find inner peace, overcome negative beliefs and emotions.

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques.

EFT Tapping Energy Work combines acupressure with psychology techniques to release emotional blockages and promote emotional healing.

In the 1970s several doctors began stimulating acupressure points to help their patients lessen stress, fear and phobias.  As with Reiki the body’s energy travels along specific pathways and by tapping on acupressure points located on these pathways you can treat and clear a variety of psychological conditions and also set positive intentions.

I work with clients to identify an area (usually a fear and something that is holding them back) that they wish to work on and create a tapping sequence, in the area that they wish to clear or manifest. I teach this self-help healing method to my clients both children and adults. It is easy to use and can be used by the client any time they need it. By helping the client to help themselves and teaching them the acupressure points this healing technique can help them to work through anxiety, phobias, low self esteem and other negative emotions and ailments. Tapping also works to support conditions like ADHD, Autism, grief, student academic pressure and peer pressure, weight management and many other areas.  EFT Tapping Energy Work provides emotional healing, by helping the client overcome negative emotions and beliefs.

EFT can be used in combination with Reiki or on its own depending on what the client needs at that time.
